Refund / Resize Exchange Policy
- Proof of Purchase - Relevant invoice must be supplied and copy returned with Garment /Product.
- A Returns Authorisation Note must be obtained by notifying Snowdanger - info@snowdanger.co.uk denoting reason for return.
- All goods must be returned in original packaging - Unused.
- Snowdanger reserves the right to refuse refunds if supplied goods are returned in poor state or deemed unfit for resale.
- Customers requiring Snowdanger to arrange Courier pickup - £12 per Parcel will be Charged.
- Customers wishing to return goods themselves - DO SO at their own expense & risk - Snowdanger advises you to seek postage insurance to the value of goods returned & proof of postage. Snowdanger WILL NOT be held responsible for customer returns lost in transit.
- Snowdanger WILL NOT accept return goods after 28 days of purchase.
- Faulty / Broken in Transit: Must be reported within 7 days of receipt of goods & notification to Snowdanger. A replacement will be supplied FOC. Goods will be collected by Snowdanger Courier FOC.
- In the event that our courier arrives and goods are unavailable for pickup. A surcharge of £12 will be charged against the account and deducted from any refunds.
- Incorrect Sizing Choice Return: Customers wishing to exchange sizes - MAY DO SO. Goods must be in original packaging and fit for resale. Customers requiring resize goods must return them at their expense. Snowdanger will resend resize goods FOC.
- Refund Only : A Returns / Restocking / Administration charge of £7.99 will be deducted from return refunds were the customer does note require an exchange + any Snowdanger courier charges incurred.
- Customers will be informed by email of Refund via Paypal - Refunds will then show in your payment account within 3-5 working days.
